CHILD CARE BENEFITS

PERSONAL DAYS

A Personal Day is a day that a parent can choose to NOT send their child to Child Care and NOT be charged for that day or days of service.
Infant through Pre-K 5 day enrollments will receive 5 personal days per year.
Infant through Pre-K 3 day enrollments will receive 3 personal days per year.
School age 5-day before and after school enrollments will receive 5 personal days per year.
Personal Days will be awarded on April 1, or 90 days after a new child is enrolled.
Personal Days will be granted in full day increments and must be used in full day increments only.
Unused Personal Days may not be rolled over to the next year.

SIBLING DISCOUNT
Parents having more than one child enrolled will receive a 10% per week discount on all children over the first child. The "first child" is identified as the child being charged the highest fee for service. The weekly fee for this first child is not discounted. Fees on all children over the first child will be discounted.

Sibling discounts apply to both 5 day and 3 day enrollments.
Sibling discounts apply to 5 day before and after school age enrollments.
Appropriate discounts will be noted on the fee agreements provided to parents and will be applied to the weekly fee charges.
For children enrolled in our program as a subsidized client, the discount will be applied to the excess fee only (co-pays do not apply).
For children enrolled in our program as a private client, the discount will be based on the amount of the appropriate fee for service by type of care.

REFERRAL CREDIT
A credit of $25.00 will be given to current parents who make a referral to our agency that results in the full time or part time enrollment of a new family. Notification of a referral must be provided no later that the time of enrollment. No retroactive referral credits will be issued. There are no limits on the referral credits a current parent can receive. The referral credit is given based on the new family and not on the number of children in the family. The referral credit will appear on the referring parent's account after the new enrollee has received one full week of care.

MEALS

NUTRITIOUS MEALS
Nutritious meals, including breakfast, lunch and an afternoon snack, are served daily with no additional charge.

TAXES

TAX STATEMENTS
As a courtesy for our current clients, CCDP will prepare and provide end-of-year tax statements. For clients who have withdrawn from our program, and have paid their account in full, tax statements will be provided upon request.
