CHILDCARE PRE-ENROLLMENT FORM

Thank you for your interest in CCDP’s childcare program. Our program currently uses brightwheel, a streamlined software platform for childcare programs, which enables us to centralize our admissions and billing process in addition to classroom management and ongoing communication.

To fill out a pre-enrollment form for your child(ren), just click the CCDP Pre-enrollment link below. Once you click the link, you will be prompted to create an account. After you create an account, you can fill out the CCDP pre-enrollment form. Please fill out all required fields so your child(ren) can be placed under the correct program waitlist. Once enrolled, this will be the app used for communication and billing.

When enrolling multiple children, please complete a separate pre-enrollment form for each child.

If you have a child or children currently enrolled in another childcare center that currently uses brightwheel, you will not need to create another account and accounts will not be merged.
