Early Learning Resources Center is a partner with the PA Office of Child Development and Early Learning. The ELRC offers supports for early learning programs and helps families access quality early learning programs.

The Early Learning Resource Center can:

Connect you to services, like Child Care Works that helps pay for child care.
Help you find the best child care for your child.
Share information and supports for early learning program, like PA Pre-K Count's, Head Start and Early Intervention.

Need help paying for child care?

Early Learning Resource Centers can provide funding for families who are working (20hrs/wk.) or work/training combo (10hrs training/10hrs work/week) and meet the income guidelines.
