Columbia Child Development is following Pennsylvania Department of Health guidelines for Pre-K to Grade 12 schools. Here are a few of the many things CCDP is doing to ensure the health and safety of staff and families throughout the centers.
Guidelines
CCDP is following CDC (Center of Disease Control) and DOH (Department of Health) guidelines for quarantining and masking. COVID-19 is on communicable disease list, as such, we will be using symptom-based exclusion regarding COVID cases. This means if you are showing symptoms, you should not be at your center regardless of your vaccination status. |
Air Filtration SystemsAir filtration systems, or AirPHX systems, have been installed at all the centers and they work by eliminating germs and viruses in the air.

"Sleeve Up"CCDP is supporting the social media campaign "Sleeve Up" to promote the COVID-19 vaccines. Check out the Facebook page to see CCDP staff taking their selfies right after their immunization!
